A slightly more upbeat and obscure song about a tragic weather event - Cyclone Tracy, that hit Darwin in Australia during Christmas of 1974. “Tojo” is in reference to the Japanese General and Prime Minister during WW2, who tried but failed to destroy Darwin, something Tracy managed to trump!
